Alright, I think I found the original this was traced from as well: post #1968053. That makes 4 pretty much confirmed cases (post #3576139, post #3482491, post #3482489 as well as this post. The "artist" also posted a separate source for the background in post #3565122, so it is safe to assume that the backgrounds aren't made by them either), at this point I am 99% sure that this "artist" is tracing and/or stitching all of their works.
