    　かといってR-18にするほどかと言うと「う～ん？」なんで、ちょっと様子見です」

    OK, just correct me if I'm wrong, but based on the currently partial translation, Nachi apparently wanted makeup with color close to Hisamura's skin tone.

    Educated guess: She gave him hickeys and wants to conceal them, out of either embarrassment or fear of other shipgirls getting angry that she "cut in line" or something (or maybe both!).
