i'm not 100% sure but i think she's rangiku

no offense but how can you not be 100% positive on it. she's got to many signature facial features to be unsure honestly.

Turns out it is. I did think it was her when I first looked at it, but the comment right above it threw me off.

Turns out that arrow refers to the second image a little ways down the page and not the one directly under it. Bah. The real comment on this image was below it and calls her Rangiku. Guess I can be happy I at least questioned it enough to not put the original tag on it...

well, comment or not it's kind of hard to mistake her though. but then again it could just be me who's like that, since i read it weekly.

ahhh so that's why, but still i think it's kind of hard not to be 100% sure on it though. her hairstyle, mole, and facial expression are all pretty much her signature qualities.
