Nothing like replying to a two-year-old comment... I wrote that list when I wasn't as familiar with a lot of the Touhou characters, and tended to get Tenshi and Iku swapped around in my mind. Obviously, I meant to say Cirno had stolen Iku's hat, because Tenshi obviously still has hers (though based on Tenshi's reaction, it looks like Cirno took her underwear?).
