The image is a filesize and MD5 match for the image on Pixiv, which I changed the source to. If that's where you uploaded it from, then you should've set the source as that instead.

For those cases, you don't put down any source unless you know it matches a particular source, or you can put "Directly from artist". Either way, also add the tag non-web source.
