Seems like he just changed the backgrounds. There is a "plagiarism" tag, no need for deletion in my opinion, although the edges of those wings look unprofessional.
These DeviantArt shoppers will never learn to make good signatures. Also, it's funny that the person who posted this wants it deleted- didn't the name "Clod" automatically clash with the seemingly Japanese-style artwork? This was done by a guy who doesn't know how to spell "Cloud."
Chances are, the "artist" probably didn't draw anything here aside from his name. Look at the background, the wings, the model, I'm sure even her LIPS were 'shopped in from another source.
