What makes you say that? I don't see Star making hints about that.
It's a trope that if a girl is too nervous/shy to explicitly state consent for sex, she'll use a pillow that says "yes" on it to indicate that instead. This is because it means she's already on the bed and she has a thing to hide her embarassment at first while you go to work.
