Akagi doesn't know about the Pocky game. She think that whoever eat Pockey alot or fast, they win. She just realize 'how' to play the pocky game in the last panel, lolz.

It's punning "1000 light years" and "1st Carrier Division", both read as "i-kkou-sen-nen".
