No, what he meant was what with these Pokemon anime art flood recently. All those Team Rocket arts (especially Kojirou/James) was from a single user. And the qualities were mostly bad in my opinion. The tagging sucks too. And often failed to tag Meowth and other Team Rocket Pokemon(s). And they call themselves "Rocketfan"?
