Whoo! Finished! This took me a little longer that usual because I was trying to make the background look all pretty like something out of the Pokemon movies, I don't think I got it anywhere near that standard, but I still like it anyway. I tried my best!

The reason I was trying to go for a movie looking background is because I imagined this to be a scene from a Pokemon movie (where Team Rocket actually got some decent screen time), since the movies are really the only time you can expect "near-death" situations like this.
