It seems in japan Rise was voiced by the same voice actor who did Louise, from Zero no Tsukaima; Nagi, from Hayate no gotoku; Shana, from Shakugan no Shana... Well, Kugimiya Rie did many jobs...
Or search MasterLL's vids for the jpn Persona 4 vids; though her voice in that isn't too high often (when she's mellow it's nice, but many think when she gets excited it gets too high pitched)

I think it's pretty sad that all of her roles are basically the same and that merely doing a SECOND CHARACTER-TYPE seems crazy to her ronery otaku fanbase in Japan.
She also looks like Gundam 00's Nena Trinity, another character voiced by Kugimiya. Thankfully, Rise is just anti-Tsundere not flat out Yandere like Nena.
Btw she kinda reversed a trend in P3; since the lovers arcana character in P3 was a rather stuck up Tsundere (you had to max out your charm despite being a party member) While Rise is basically a Souji fangirl after being saved.
