If an anime adaptation was ever made (hopefully Madhouse will get it), who would be your ideal choice for the voice of our dearest Yuno? My pick would be Shimizu Ai.

Madhouse would be a good choice indeed. As for a voice actor, I think Hazuki Erino is a good choice. For some reason Yuno reminds me TOO much of Akari from Aria(not personality wise =P) almost to the point I always think of her voice when I read the manga.
After watching Canaan and the antics of Liang Qi, I am rather partial to having Rie Tanaka take on the role of Yuno. Since she seem to do the psychotic rather well... Mind you, subdued psychotic is a rather different beast to portray, Rie comes off as a bit more... comic/campy in Canaan, if you can call it that.
Madhouse, I will have to agree with you there since (to me) Mirai Nikki has a lot of parallels to Monster in the atmosphere. An Monster is something that Madhouse is rather familiar with.
