this is octually from an old h game called Oni Coach. you can get all the anims (avi) from the game's movies directory

Hmmmmmmm. I got my copy ages and ages ago when Reycava's place was still around. The whole game file shows as 306 megs (freakin HUGE at the time), with 76.6 megs for the movies. Let me rar them up while you find somewhere for me to upload them that DOESN'T REQUIRE SUBSCRIPTION OR FILE INSTALLS

So the movies files were 76.7 megs originally but you were able to compress them to just 9.2- that's an impressive ratio. Thank you very much. I guess I'll upload some more of the gifs here- that way they'll be here even if the RS file is deleted.

As for "hard to find" games, it's pretty relative. When I got this thing, it wasn't hard to find at all. It was on all the (at the time) major download sites. Sorry that I can't really answer your question, but I can't put it into context because "hard to find" depends on how hard somebody is used to looking.
