Chaos space can be changed to look female or even have there gender swaped if the chaos gods will it.+ she may not be a space marine she could be a chaos warlord or an inquisitor gone renegade.
Other than requisite nerd rage, people don't seem to get exactly what's so wrong about female SPESS MUREENs. Consider for a moment that the process of becoming one involves gene and hormone therapy designed to basically turn a man into a clone of their chapter progenetor. This involves hormone injection.
All that said, it paints a nasty mental image for a female space marine. One that you do *not* want to see what's going on 'under the hood'.
Oh come on. Writing away a Space Marine being an ordinary, whole, fair-skinned woman through the blessings of Chaos Undivided just opens up a whole OTHER can of nerd rage and canon-rape.
I take it nobody here ever read Storm of Iron by Graham McNeill? Cause in that book a possessed suit of Chaos armor lured a female human into wearing it. Mind you, it sort of morphed with her body and did all sorts of crazy shit, but it still happened.
One does not need an excuse to put a hot babe in your favorite fantasy game armor to make badass-sexy. Rule 63 of the net was invented for just that reason; satisfying every nerd's wet-dream (or to make an excuse for your closet homosexuality).
No one disagrees that a female Star Wars Space Trooper would be hot, so why make any exception here? Hell, what about the Sisters of Battle? I'm all for female Space Marines.

Canonically, there were female Stormtroopers in Star Wars. (See the clone training scene on Kamino in Ep.II for reference.) Just sayin'.

Well, that aside, Sisters of Battle are warty ass UGLY in canon WH40k, so a hypothetical female Space Marine - who, unlike the Sisters, undergo significant body-altering surgery and genetic modifications, and live for centuries (possibly forever) until they're killed, battling all the while - would be so scarred and fucked-up looking that any porn of them would automatically be classified as guro.
