panel 2:
text in the box carried by Remiya: steamed meat bun. winter only / winter sale.

panel 3:
text in the right box: i buy 1000 yen (its worth for 10 steamed meat bun)
-: Uwaa! so soft!! this kid is so soft!
-: You are so warm!!
-: And smell like steamed meat bun!!

Yep. Nikuman = meat bun. Remiryas are meat buns, just like the other yukkuri have different fillings.

The message from the card hanging from Remirya's neck clearly shows that economic situations within (and outside) Gensokyo matter a lot to Reimu. Besides, recession is a further blow to her already anorexic-slim chances of ever getting any donation.
