Obviously an American B-2 Spirit, I have no idea why the text is in Russian, or for that matter what it says. The UAVs look like they could be the Dassault nEUROn, but I could easily be wrong.

I was trying to figure out which roundel is on the wings but the only one I can find that's close is from the Russian Empire. That's just bizarre.

the UAVs are X-45 my guess, as the nEUROn had a bit differet back, but still the pic is not much detailed
