This is an exceptionally large robot. The first thing I think of is "ok, where do you start climbing it? Maybe scale one of those buildings and wait for it to walk by...
Why are you guys so amazed about the size of this thing? You forgot about Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann, robot so huge that it's capable of throwing star systems (and disregarding any science laws possible)?
It's not even as big as Diebuster. This looks about the same size as the Imperator Class Titan from Warhammer 40k, but it's been over 10 years since I used to play so I'm not certain of the size any more.
meh look at the upper arms and shoulders, alot of exposed chains that seem important. Take those out and I bet it has a hard time functioning its arms. But this is still fricken badass.

Oh no, this... This goes beyond an Emperor-class Battle Titan.
A Warhound, sources depending stands about 15m-25m tall.
A Reaver, stands about 30-35m tall.
A Warlord, is around 40m, though the Titan: God Machine graphic novel does play merry havoc with scale and dimensions, same with the Space Marine game
An Emperor-class, both patterns, are about 60m tall, pushing towards 70m at most.
