Nah, Edy and Welkin don't look any different here than in-game.
Whether Welkin's face was photoshopped into the Light Yagami face is what we are trying to figure out here.

But Edy isn't blond, is she? Its been a while since I last played the game...

Derp. I figured the blond hair was a result of the whatever filter the pic was run through, since it looks a touch sepia-ish, but I didn't notice that Edy's eyes were the wrong color, too. I guess that would make this a Photoshop after all...
