I fail to see how someone can say something in engrish when they are clearly speaking in Japanese.

hmm... well, Japanese use their own alphabet to pronounce absorbed English words to their own language, it may be to help average people to learn English, so what Rin is saying here is

eezu
heeaa
which sounded roughly like it's English counterpart

but then again, in this case, that is not exactly Engrish, the Grammar is correct and it has a valid meaning, unlike #384701
