Funny how this one is the KING Boo, but the other Boo looks like what most people depict the King Boo. Though now that I think of it, is there a tag difference? Maybe something like Princess King Boo and than just regular Boosette?

Pencils says that his humanized king boo looking like humanized Lady Bow is on purpose. His idea is that both become goth girls except that lady bow wouldn't have black lacera eyes...and her boobs would be much bigger.

It was probably already like that, remodeled manually sometime around when Bowser decided he would be staying Bowsette, most likely. You can see one like it in one of the first pages, it might even be the same one.

I always thought that "Boosette" and "King Teresa Hime" are different types of Boo's.
