As in people claiming to be receiving messages via electromagnetic signals beamed directly into their heads from some unknown source (perhaps aliens, or a government agency, or some global conspiracy). What they're actually experiencing, if anything, is something I'd rather not make assumptions about other than to suggest some kind of mental illness is involved. But that's the claim.

They may entertain wild fantasies and persecutory delusions or other strong beliefs, and their speech or actions may seem strange or incoherent to outside observers. Radio tower!? What happened?!
