  • skebより、「RADEON VII(グラボ)を笑顔で持ってる鹿島」でした!コミッションありがとうございました~

    あと僕はGeForce派です(開戦)(宣戦布告)(盧溝橋事件)(宗教戦争)(十字軍)

That was "Kashima holding a RADEON VII (GPU) with a smile" from a skeb request! Thank you for commissioning~

And also, I'm for the GeForce faction (start a war) (declaration of war) (Marco Polo bridge incident) (religious war) (crusade).

Skeb is a service that allows you to easily request illustrations from Japanese creators.

    seriously.... a Radeon VII?

that thing is quite not up to the competition when it got released.... but i wonder how the used market priced it...

    Tried to translate the commentary.

That's quite a coincidence because I was thinking recently of renewing my computer in a near future.
And I was thinking if I should make a full AMD PC this time (I have currently an Intel i5 4th Gen and a GeForce GTX 760).

    Any thought?

Unless you're going down the route of pinnacle performance no matter the cost and effort, AMD from my understanding is definitely the way to go for a desktop. So a full AMD PC isn't a bad idea given the current parts out there.

You may want to wait though on the graphics card cause it won't be too long before the expected announcement of AMD, NVidia, and Intel's new Graphic Cards. At minimum that should help drive down the prices of the "old stock" cards, so should lead to some savings with current gen cards after the announcements.

Well, that's if you're talking about graphics and product CAD designing, video editing and supercomputing. Intel has made it clear that they're not aiming at gamers with their first line of graphics cards so we gotta wait a few years for them to compete against AMD and Nvidia in the gaming market.
