The artist has it tagged as a Flag, it looks a bit different since it's supposed to be similar to the second ED of S2 - so I'm wondering if at least one is Masurao. The silhouette in the back definitely looks like the new mecha, so I'll remove the Union_Flag tag and add Masurao instead, for now.
