The title uses the word "つっこむ" / "tsukkomu", which literally means "to rush", "to crash", etc, but is probably also likely a reference to the related "tsukkomi" style of Japanese comedy which features a "straight-man" and a comic as a pair. The "straight-man" often whacks the comic on the head with a hand-chop like seen here as a physical comedy response to the comic's jokes. I think the artist is going for a pun here.
