Continuing the idea that human's hiring wolf or dog girls in a kind of a festival that holds dogsled -type racing and all sorts of sports for the animal eared girls... While they are wearing that and being bound. Maybe the festival is about history of "snow wolves" used to bring important supplies to remote areas in the northern lands, so the festival is to show gratitude and to keep the tradition going... or something :D

Lyra is a fox girl, but there are few event where she can participate, like fox chasing -game where wolves will chase the fox and try to tackle and catch her. :D
Vanille knows history quite well and doesn't trust humans at all and will keep and eye on them all times, but she is now quite interested in all these fancy looking gear. It would be funny if she would get distracted and while examining the stuff, Sorbet's group has moved somewhere else and Sorbet panicking because she can't see Vanille following them.
There are different ranks for them, if they participate in events and work in deliveries stuff actively, they might get promoted and get better salary. xD
This is just like the Olympics, but with bit lewdness...
