Ok, so the FIND ARTIST option didn't do what I thought it would. I have no idea what the guy's name is in english, and I'm not entirely sure where pixiv shows the info, tho I'm assuming it's under the guy's avatar.

Looks like "とかげのしっぽ" (tokage no shippo) to me, but someone more familiar with pixiv should confirm that first.

Yes, it's tokage no shippo, which means lizard's tail.
