So I was bored and watching the Powerpuff Girls the other night. They did a new attack called Razzle Dazzle where they held hands and spun around super fast, emitting bright light and sparkles, and my first reaction was, "Ohh, that'd make a neat picture!" ......Okay, so my first reaction was really, "OMFG TEH SPARKLIES!!!1one!1" But either way, I wanted to illustrate it. XP Mostly because I could abuse the sparkle brush to my heart's content.

Blossom's outfit is different this time, since I'm sure she wouldn't be able to fight crime well in a dressy outfit. Wink/Razz

I changed Bubbles's top too, for a little variety.

It was fun to make. Done in Painter. Sorry for the resubmission, DA is wonking on me. >__<;
