Both the parent and child post are very clearly Safe, far from Questionable. This post is just wholesome sibling love I don't see why you'd think it's even remotely close to incest even in the context of the next post.

Stop deliberately reverting tag and rating changes when the original tags/ratings are evidently erroneous.
