Near the end of Bioshock, when Jack impersonates the Big Daddy via mutilating his vocal cords and gaining the aroma of such, he dons the helmet of a Rosie-class Big Daddy(the helmet he's wearing in this pic). The Big Daddy in the background is a Bouncer-class, which had more of a hunchback look to them compared to the more upright Rosies.
It mentions that its imperfect, and I'm not sure if she is a little_sister yet because of the lack of glowing eyes, and that she doesn't have the thick, somewhat glowing veins.
