Personally I simply scratched the rollers with my nail and rolled the ball over duct tape.

I used my enormous lungs to thoroughly de-dust everything.

I remember just how track ball mouse collect dust, my family dusted an old PC and they use track ball mouse and old keyboard.

I thought everyone did this. But I never though of duct tape, I Just scrape the mouse ball too. Heh.
