It assumes the garment is longer than a capelet, when its length is not visible. It's like tagging post #4027248 elbow gloves.

I can concede you that one. Close-ups can make tagging a tricky job. The "tag only what you see" norm is something I'm aware of and do follow though. But thanks for the reminder that it's best to just keep tags short when there isn't much on display visually.
