This is from the Twitter page of haiiro purin; I can't determine if this person has some official connection to GuP or just edits existing things, so I am not going to tag as an artist until I have better information. They did post this character art almost as soon as the game was updated, so I wonder if they have some direct access to the art assets. The background also looks different from how it is displayed in-game in Great Tankery Operation.
Sodoko looks really pretty in that outfit! The book is funny because it is a math textbook, but it seems to say "learning with ducks" or something like that on the top. I guess Sodoko is working on her summer homework.

I've seen a lot of this artist as many of the GuP artists I follow often like/retweet them. It seems that they often just edit in-game stills from the Great Tankery Operation game, but other times they upload their own art e.g. post #3535775.
For third-party edits, I believe that the editor still gets credit on the image, so it probably should get the Haiiro Purin artist tag.
