The first google entry to pop up was the miki_sugina tag search here on Danbooru. There don't appear to be any official sites for the artist, but there is an art book out called "Memoire". Of course, that's from a Japanese ILLiterate--someone else may have more info. If you want to further your search, try googling 杉菜水姫.
