No, I think her Osanai's % dropped 1 point between day 37 and day 38. Of course, it rose 2 points immediately after.

They do change some times for Kinjyou too. When Otaku took out a bunch off manga it decreased a little, it did go up when she noticed the effort he put to take it to her.
Osanai is rising so fast because Otaku talks normally with her, play games for hours non-stop, goes out for lunch, shows his cool side. Otaku is showing his good qualities to her a lot more than to Kinjyou (who does get to see some good points like the manga or buying the bread) and Himekawa (who he doesn't interact in any positive way, he only stares at her and looks).
It's something like this:
Kinjyou: some interaction (class everyday), no negative events, some positive events(getting bread, recomending manga); Himekawa: no interaction(just stares at her), some negative events(looks like he is trying to get blackmail material), no positive events; Otomore: random interaction (they are aware that each other exists), neither positive nor negative events: Osanai: lots of interaction (hours long gaming sessions, hangs out on her house) , lots of positive events (the gaming, hanging out to eat, etc), no negative events.
It certainly helps that Osanai appears to be the most popular character among the artist's Twitter followers, which is why she shot up so quickly as compared to the others. Most of the polls with her as an option have won by a pretty wide margin. Just basing off said poll results, their overall popularity seems to come down to:

Just so you know guys, based on the twitter replies, the japanese fans WANT Himekawa's score to drop lol. Thes seem to be aiming for -100% and they are enjoying it, haha.
