I don't think "ribcage narrower than a single breast hanging from it and a third the width of the waist" constitutes a "real life body shape". IRL you can't put 100 extra pounds on a pair of hips without gaining at least a bit in the upper torso as well.

The flag that was used against this post is “poor anatomy: pear-shape.” Pear-shape is a real life body shape, so no where in the justification is anything explained. All that is claimed is a real life body shape is poor anatomy and the expectation that whatever it is the flagger saw will be universally understood.
