    Two right hands? I see one, put your left hand in that position, the thumb is on the correct side.

    Hell, I can make my left arm do that. Not particularly comfortable, but I can do that.

    No its not possible. If the back of your hand (left or right) is facing the front of you and your arm is pointed down then there is no way for the thumb to be on the outside.

    But her thumb ISN'T on the outside. Its facing inward. Take a good hard look at that hand.
