She quit own her own, they didn't fire her. If they wanted to do that then they would have done so at the beginning instead of suspending her for two weeks.
As far as the design goes, it carries too much negative weight at this point. Sad as it is, it's best to let it retire than to force someone unrelated to be associated with all the shit.

She got suspended for contract violation, not dumped. Official statements is that she resigned on her own (but obviously it may or may not be truth) but even then, main reasons for sure was how much negativity was directed towards her and how it affected both her and Cover corp. There's also situation with a stream she made looong before becoming Hololive member. She was also considered to become Nijisaji vtuber few months ago but apparently during on of the test streams she mentioned few very in-depth things about industry, which really is big no-no and i'm even surprised she got another chance somewhere after tha lol.
