I did not see the tears so was going by her angry expression, so read her as a domineering boss lady. As to not being able to read facial expressions, you do not know what the hell your talking about. Not everyone uses a magnifying glass to see every pixel in a picture, and your take on whether a person can read anything into the pic is irrelevant as this was my view on the pic, your mileage may vary.
