I don't remember the characters from the first game struggling that much to summon them, but it's been a while since I've played it.

well in the first one the struggled to initiate it i think. but once that happened they came out pretty easy, almost in the same fashion as Seta only without the card crushing aspect.

Strange that Maya isn't included from P2:Eternal Punishment. Awesome though.

you know now that i think about it, she should actually be in there since she plays the role of a main protagonist too.

Gotta love Souji's badass card crushing. Minato looks pretty funny. Doesn't seem to care about anything.

They never struggled that much to to summon theirs. The very first users actually had a rush of energy, and it usually wasn't hard, Naoya should probably being standing like Suou Tatsuya, but... Well, eh, whatever. That's how I see/remember it. Mostly I think it's because the power of Naoya's compared to the other three may actually be significantly stronger, since he's the only one who really has to shout (compared to P3 and P4, of course.)
Tatsuya has it a bit easier, he's able to standing. Also, I think Naoya is the only one who has a real bastard of atime because his is the embodiment of wind.

I could be entirely wrong but... Ehhh. Effort in finding my game.

And I find it also odd Maya is not in there.
Then again, considering the fact that Tatsuya fucked up, I think this is pre-fuck-over-of-everything.
