Oooh. I always wondered about this. At first I thought it was a chuuni tic back when we didn't know much about her, but after she gained traction in the rebooted version, I figured it was just a very Osanai nickname for her stomach. I understood the haraheri part, but had no clue whatsoever about the latter.

I think it's kinda important to have a partner you're comfortable with. Recently, Otaku-kun has just been nervous in front of Kinjyou, and she didn't exactly show much romantic interest in Otaku-kun; on the other hand, he's comfortable with Osanai as messaging and gaming buddies, and she has hints of romantic interest in him.
From what we have seen so far, what we are lacking in the Otaku-Osanai relationship is Otaku-kun's opinion of Osanai. Their relationship has not developed past friendship because he simply does not see her as a potential romantic partner (yet?), and he's enamored of Kinjyou.

In my case, common interest and personal tastes. She has all the traits and personality that I love. Also I love petite women that separate between their weirdness when they're chilling and being serious when it's required.
But being honest: she's not going to win. The author seems like putting Kinjyou and Otaku-kun in these kind of romantic scenes and situations, while Osanai is more like the close friend.
