For what I know ,Almost all fighter type servant can deal with Able rather easily
While he is strong for human standard ,Servant's base stat is still too much for him
Anyone with Strenght C or higher should be able to easily overpower him while someone with even higher Strength like Herc that can grind mountain to dust in a swing of his swordaxe should be able to send Able back to his Coffin in one strike
His speed for what I can find is " run 64 meters under three seconds" but servant usual fight each other in above speed of sound so as long is he or she is fighter type servant ,speedbliz Able is easy feat
in matter of endurance ,Able can still be put down by focus firepower of human conventional weapons while servant(aside that they are outright immune to non magic conventional weapons) can tank hit that can destroy whole building in 1 strike

I belive one in the non cannon lore, able had no only was able to punch the scarlet king within the face but also scatter it, thats saying a lot. so yeah it does depend.
