Unless there's something going on in one of the pictures on the wall in the background (and I can't make it out if there is, even at full size), I don't see it.
The artist draws this pairing fairly often and tagged this as yuri.
Technically, tag what you see takes precedence over what the artist says. The artist may say this is yuri, but by our definition of the tag nothing in this image looks like yuri to me.
The commentary doesn't say anything about it, either.

Recommended tags are based on the tags added by Pixiv users, and Pixiv is a lot less strict about tagging than we are. If you're uploading to Danbooru, you're expected to use common sense and evaluate the recommended tags for correctness.

There are a few tags where we take the artist's word at face value. Like if an artist says a visibly female character is an otoko_no_ko, or two original characters are siblings, we've historically respected that even when it makes no sense. But yuri is not one of those tags. You need to be able to tell that the characters are having a romantic interaction from the image alone.
