Nothing, as long as you don't swallow. Anatomy 101: every human has something called epiglottis. Look it up, or just do a simple experience: fill your mouth with water, and then hold it for a while. You will still breath normally. Now take an apple slice, or a banana, or anything, really, and hold it using your teeth while still keeping the water.

I mean, did he even specify he was referring to you specifically? The two of them were talking about downvotes. We don't know if you downvoted it, so why assume he was even talking about you?
