I wouldn't pry into a vtuber's life, but I have read somewhere that Coco is in excellent physical condition and used to cosplay fit and athletic characters.
I think I read a youtube comment a while back saying a member of Hololive is into boxing as a hobby but I forget who it was or if it was even proven true or not.

Honestly did not even think about the vtuber I was thinking of the Hololive members we know them as, I was just thinking of like ring fit collabe or one of the Nintendo sports

i don't think anyone can do 1/2 the stuff she does during 3D dances without being in excellent physical condition.
it is best to doubt until they proven it one of their streams.

That girl does constant endurance streams while keeping up the same energy throughout the day. FOR FUN. The only thing stopping her from going full 24 hrs is becuz of Youtube's crappiness where they force lives to stop at the 10 hour mark or something.
Last time she was playing Assassin's creed, she went up to 9hours, took a little break AND THEN PROCEEDED TO CONTINUE FOR ANOTHER 10 HOURS. While staying in character for the entire duration of the streams!! AND she works part time in her family's bakery.
