Breasts and other feminine body parts are not visible. If this is actually Lelouch, it isn't deserving of the genderswap tag. Androgyny != swapped gender.
Also since you said you "don't know what will", an obvious genderswap is something like post #428891 - note the obvious, large breasts on a character who is regularly male.

You seem to have missed the sarcasm. I never intended to add the tag "genderswap". With my comment I just pointed out that the person in the pic, imo, looks very female/is a female, therefore not an "original" Lelouch. Though, this was just my 2 cents, absolutely nothing to argue about.
