Shouldn't Setanta be here and not Proto Cu? Also, imagine how much better the Fifth War would've been if it was all Lily servants? Wouldn't be as epic but it'd help the Masters with their issues.

The problem with that is adult Gilgamesh.
Either Tokiomi summoned Kid Gil, which completely changes the 4th War, or adult Gil used his potion of youth... which he can undo at will whenever he wants, forcibly changing Kid Gil into adult Gil, even without Kid Gil's consent.
None of the lily Servants stand a chance against adult Gil, and he likely doesn't have the patience to watch a Grail War filled with children.
To make thr idea work, something would have to happen that traps Gil in his kid form.
Also, there would be no Rider as Medusa Lily is a Lancer. We also have no Heracles Lily or Hassan/Koujirou Lily.
If you could work all that out it might be pretty interesting.
