Well the OP, ED, and Mio seem to disagree.

The point is, there is no "correct" way to romanize Japanese. There are simply different romanization systems. This is one of them.

In fact from a linguistically phonemic perspective, it's actually more correct, but phonetically (and from our experience) it seems less so.
