I think they avoided using it because it would be harder to animate, and you know how :effort: Sunrise was when it came to the quality of R2!

Anyway, it was included in the most recent picture drama to make up for it not showing in the series.

Well...here's to hoping they include the dress in the DVD release then, since the upgrades so far have been fantastic.

They re-animated a few episodes for the DVD release since the TV version was sub-par in quality.

I'm pretty sure they won't reanimate her entire outfit.
