Ah, I recall when I first saw this picture. It was on an adult anime RPing message board, and she was the appearance used by another player for her character, who purchased my character at a slave market. At the time, it was possibly the most attractive and alluring picture of an anime female I had ever seen. Ever since, my recurring bartender "Hallow", barkeep of "Hallowed Ground", a woman capable of manpulating blood. Doing so, she can cause people to painfully bleed from any opening in their body, and can manipulate the blood in a man's body to give him an erection (or stifle it) to her pleasure. She can also crystalize the blood into a form almost as hard as diamond, allowing her to make walls and weapons of crystallized blood. I still use this pic for Hallow to this day.

Just to note, it's OMC. And it isn't an artist, it's a Japanese site called Order Made (dot) Com. The reason the C looks like a G is that it has "Com" in the middle.

As I understand it, businesses put out an art request through it, and aspiring artists submit an attempt to fill the request. If the business likes it, they might hire on the artist for that project (or at least buy the art).

It's also the likely source for this image, but good luck finding this particular image. There's HUGE volume of art there.
