I think he just have some heavy mood swings. There are times he's very mellow, friendly cat and times he just demands your attention. He will throw a fit if Mio doesn't give it to him. Like her latest ukulele stream where Taiga just sit there content listening to her playing/singing. And the last 15 min he start throwing a fit for attention like this post
Most recent Taiga incident I saw was through a subbed clip; Mio stayed out of the house for far too long, and when she returned home Taiga began to tackle her.
